From Great Yarmouth you can visit a great man)
exciting places with much to amuse all ages. Here are just a few of
East Anglia's attractions.
Pleasurewood Hills American Theme Park provides entertainment for all
the family. There
are over 50 "rides", side shows and attractions which can be enjoyed
by everyone - a great day out!
Just South of Lowestoft in Kessingland is the Suffolk Wildlife Park
with a super "Road-Train" to show you the Lions, Cheetahs and Zebra as
well as many other exotic wild animals. There is a Children's Play
Area and a large Cafeteria for light refreshments.
Further south, at Earsham nr. Bungay is the Otter Trust. See these shy
animals at feeding time and follow the paths to discover many rare
species of wild fowl.
Great Yarmouth is at the edge of the famous Norfolk Broads so take a
trip on a "Water Bus" or drive out to Wroxham and hire a self drive
"Day Boat" to explore this fabulous waterway.
Visit the Thursford Collection. A glittering display of old Road
Engines, and elaborate mechanical organs where you can enjoy live
performances in the Wurlitzer show.
Or you could take a nostalgic trip on the North Norfolk Railway and
experience a journey back lo the golden age of steam.
